Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This agreement has been prepared between the parties listed below under the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the sale and delivery of the product, whose details are specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer from the website www.hardwayshop.com.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Buyer declares that they have read and understood the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery terms of the product covered by this agreement and provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
  2. This agreement becomes effective upon the completion of the order.
  3. The product will be delivered to the Buyer’s specified address within the legal period of 30 days.
  4. If damage to the product is detected upon delivery, the Buyer must report it to the courier and ensure a damage report is prepared.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  3. Details about the right of withdrawal are specified on our Right of Withdrawal page.

ARTICLE 6 – JURISDICTION
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence will have jurisdiction.
