Membership Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This Membership Agreement is made between the user ("Member") who registers on the www.hardwayshop.com website operated by Hardway ("Company") and the Company, under the following terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the membership process, allowing the Member to benefit from the services provided by the Company. By approving this agreement, the Member accepts these terms.

ARTICLE 3 – MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  1. Membership is completed when the Member fills out the membership form and approves this agreement.
  2. The Member guarantees that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. The Member is responsible for any issues arising from false or misleading information.
  3. The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications or terminate memberships when deemed necessary.

ARTICLE 4 – MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  1. The Member agrees to use the site solely for lawful purposes.
  2. The Member is responsible for any misuse of the services provided by the Company.
  3. The Company takes necessary measures to secure the Member's information but is not liable for damages caused by the Member sharing their username and password with third parties.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Member's personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. By approving this agreement, the Member consents to the processing of their data for the stated purposes.

ARTICLE 6 – TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

  1. The Member may cancel their membership at any time.
  2. The Company has the right to terminate the Member's membership if the Member violates the terms of this agreement.

ARTICLE 7 – JURISDICTION
In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
